How do you start reading a proprietary blend?
Start with the total weight printed beside the blend name.

The order is a ranking by weight: the first line is the heaviest and the last line is the lightest.
Muira puama is first and horny goat weed extract is ninth. Nothing says how far apart they are, so the order alone gives no amounts.

Find any printed amount, then subtract it from the total and use the order to cap the lines after it.

How do you compare a ceiling with research?
Put the ceiling beside the studied dose. If the ceiling is far below it, the trial result does not transfer.
L-arginine trials used 1,500 to 5,000 mg a day (Rhim 2019, arginine and ED meta-analysis). Tribulus trials used 400 to 750 mg a day (Vilar Neto 2025, tribulus review). Can you find the exact amount of each ingredient in a blend?
No, not from the label. You can set ceilings from the total and the order, but exact amounts stay hidden unless the brand prints them (21 CFR 101.36 (proprietary blends)). A lab test would be needed.
Why is caffeine so useful when reading the Stallion Power blend?
