Does Stallion Power Actually Work? A Dose Check
Does Stallion Power actually work? The dose check says the label gives it little room to. The whole blend weighs 82 mg, caffeine is printed at 5 mg, and four ingredients listed after it can weigh no more than that. Studies of those ingredients used 240 to 5,000 mg a day.

The dose check01
Does Stallion Power actually work at 82 mg?
An 82 mg blend is a small amount of material to split between nine ingredients.
A dose check asks one thing: is the amount in the product close to the amount in the research? For the ingredients that have research, it is not close.
No trial has tested the gummy, so this compares numbers, not results. Taking more than the label's one gummy a day would add sugar and caffeine long before it reached a study dose.
Label arithmetic02
How much of each ingredient can one gummy hold?
The first four lines share at least 57 mg. The last four can hold 5 mg each at most.
The label prints caffeine at 5 mg, fifth in the list. The rules for blends list parts from most to least by weight (21 CFR 101.36 (proprietary blends)). Everything after caffeine is therefore 5 mg or lighter. The rest is our arithmetic, not a lab test.
| Place | Label line | Most it can weigh | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Muira puama extract | At most about 77 mg | The first line can be at most everything except the caffeine: 77 mg. |
| 2 | Maca extract | At most about 38 mg | Two lines at least this heavy, so at most half of 77 mg. |
| 3 | Catuaba extract | At most about 25 mg | Three lines at least this heavy: at most a third of 77 mg. |
| 4 | Green tea extract | At most about 19 mg | Four lines at least this heavy: at most a quarter of 77 mg. |
| 5 | Caffeine | 5 mg | Printed on the label: 5 mg. |
| 6 | Ashwagandha | At most about 5 mg | Listed after the 5 mg caffeine, so it cannot weigh more than that. |
| 7 | L-arginine | At most about 5 mg | Listed after the 5 mg caffeine, so it cannot weigh more than that. |
| 8 | Tribulus terrestris | At most about 5 mg | Listed after the 5 mg caffeine, so it cannot weigh more than that. |
| 9 | Horny goat weed extract | At most about 5 mg | Listed last, so it cannot weigh more than the caffeine. |
Lines 1-4 must add up to 77 mg minus nothing else: 82 mg total, less 5 mg caffeine, less at most 20 mg for lines 6-9, leaves at least 57 mg for lines 1-4. This is our arithmetic from the label order, not a lab test. The label also says the blend is equivalent to about 567 mg of dry powders, which describes the starting plant material, not the finished amounts.
Side by side03
How far is the gummy from the amounts used in studies?
The gap runs from about 50 times to about 1,000 times for the ingredients with a known study dose.
L-arginine trials used 1,500 to 5,000 mg a day (Rhim 2019, arginine and ED meta-analysis). Ashwagandha trials used 240 to 1,250 mg a day of extract (NIH ODS, Ashwagandha). Tribulus trials used 400 to 750 mg a day (Vilar Neto 2025, tribulus review).
| Ingredient | Study dose per day | One gummy, at most |
|---|---|---|
| L-arginine | 1,500 to 5,000 mg | 5 mg |
| Tribulus | 400 to 750 mg | 5 mg |
| Ashwagandha | 240 to 1,250 mg | 5 mg |
| Caffeine | Up to 400 mg a day for most adults (FDA, How much caffeine is too much?) | 5 mg, printed |
Muira puama and catuaba have no human dose to compare, because we found no human trial for either.

FAQ05
Dose check questions
What is the biggest gap in the Stallion Power label?
The label shows only the 82 mg total for nine ingredients. Single amounts are hidden, which the rules allow, so buyers cannot compare any ingredient with a study dose.
Is 5 mg of caffeine enough to feel anything?
It is small. FDA treats 400 mg a day as fine for most healthy adults (FDA, How much caffeine is too much?), so 5 mg is about a twentieth of a small coffee. Sensitive people may still notice it.
Does a 567 mg dry powder figure mean 567 mg per gummy?
No. The label says the 82 mg is equivalent to about 567 mg of dry powders. That describes the plant material before extraction, not what is in the finished gummy.
Can a lab report settle the dose question?
Yes, an outside lab report for your lot could. No lab report is published for Stallion Power, and the lot numbers we list are seller references, not proof.
